I have been on this road and has many potholes that the council claim to "fix". This so called "fix" is just filling the holes with unsealed gravel that just becomes a hole again when it's driven over enough

Increasing resident and tourists using this road mean this road frequently requires repair. The dust is indeed a major health issue needing action with sealing from the end of the Harvey subdivision to past the Sandrock Loop intersection
