Seahorse Nursery Pricing Policy

The rise in daycare cost versus average salary income is heavily imbalanced. Please stop exploiting the lack of healthy competition in this particular industry, as parents are already taking major financial cuts from the extremely steep prices. Where is all the money going?

whilst I am very happy with the care my daughter receives I cannot understand the justification for the fees increase particularly the fees reducing at 3 instead of 2 years

We are happy with the care our son receives at the nursery in the baby room, but the costs are already high. We joined seahorse accepting the price structure (acknowledging reductions in cost as the children increase in age) but to change this without justification or consultation is really unacceptable .

Totally wrong on so many levels....

We will send Harriet an email with our concerns and hope that a meeting can be arranged to facilitate constructive discussions on the matter.

I am so happy with the care and service Seahorses provide my son. However, increasing the fees by 15% is outrageous. They haven't provided any reason of how this fee increase will benefit the nursery. I can't believe they got their pricing so wrong when they opened less than a year ago, especially with their experience in running nurseries.

This is blatant profiteering from their position and putting families under pressure just so they can pocket the difference. No justification for this. Outrageous.
