This would help pm many people, out just wheelchairs but parents with prams & anyone with any form of mobility difficulties to those who just fine it difficult with negotiating a stoney beach

My elderly mum and I struggle to get to the sea over stones. We both love to swim. This summer really brought it home just how many people have no access to even dip their toes in the cooling sea especially in this heatwave. It was heartbreaking to see so many disabled and elderly stuck on the concrete at the top. Even a partial access mat would make life so much easier for many disabled and elderly people to enjoy what the rest of us take for granted!

This is a fantastic idea & not just for wheelchair users but all people with disabilities that struggle with the treacherous shingle but should be free to enjoy the beauty of the beach they live by.

Must be done - it's so difficult to get UP the beach after a swim; I know I'm lucky to be able to get down, but let's help everyone

I am in need of a wheeled zimmer to get around, but as much as I would love access to the water, how would the new shingle be laid after the storms with these paths through it, and all the support gravel/sand holding the walkway up would be washed away, and there would go the walkways. I would love this as much as all disabled people, but I don't see how it would work on our beach :(
