If Seabury Hall is already allowing another similar sized event to take place on August 1, then there really is no logical rationale what our kids are being denied an in-person graduation. The school should take care of its own first!

The heartache all our seniors have endured this year due to the COVID situation is heartbreaking. The biggest gift we can give them is to honor their desire to safely graduate ALL together!

The kids should be able to have a safe and legal graduation under the tent at school. They have had to let go of so much during their senior year! They need to be allowed to gather one more time as a class and celebrate each other and their accomplishments. If that means without parents to be within in the legal amount of under 100 people, so be it! They deserve this!

I sign with enthusiasm and full support for our seniors. They one wish is to have a positive ending to their career at Seabury Hall, together as a class, on campus. They’ve worked hard, this request is within the current Maui Covid-19 safety orders and they deserve to have this moment.
