This is destroying the welfare of our neighbors. Most of us work hard to pay our rent and live comfortably, and this extreme “out of left field” increase is making us feel cheated and hopeless. Paying over 3x the amount I paid two months ago. F***ing pathetic
A six time increase in 2 months with no explanations is unacceptable!!!
We want full transparency on how gas and utility individual bills are detemined

The increase in our bills are absolutely unacceptable. We are already paying so much to this “luxury apartment” but yet our amenities like the basketball court, tennis courts and pools are not properly maintained.
