Please help us try and convince the producers of the TV show Republic of Doyle to "Screech in" Rose a character on the show. The show is shot in Newfoundland and showcases a lot of the local flavor on the show. A long time tradition in Newfoundland is to Screech in people that are not native to the Province. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newfoundland_Screech We believe that the character Rose on the show was not born on the Rock and should be Screeched in to make her an honorary Newfoundlander.
