If a cap is implemented, I know I will be reducing all of my Eastlink services, probably cancelling home phone, reducing cable package and perhaps have no internet. I can always use the library to update what little I need to do. Not impressed. I have always praised Eastlink over Bell and others, but may have to reconsider.

The service is poor, the speed is slow. It's the only option many of us have. Instead of going backwards upgrade the infrastructure and offer you customers the connection they want, don't penalize us for having no other options!

Not only is the service poor but non existent where I live! I thought they were supposed to be contractually obligated to provide service everywhere in ns..... If that's true they are not living up to their obligation!

Come on Eastlink--we get penalized enough living in rural areas, we don't need you to make it harder!

First we get dialup-speed internet service and now this--all for high-speed service rates? Get real Eastlink! You're already costing Nova Scotia plenty in lost business opportunities, this is going to lose YOU customers, we'll be cancelling in droves. Enough is enough.

Frustrated at now having to pay more for a service that is poor at the best of times!

My Eastlink internet is horrid. I do office work in my home and I have to use the cellular on my phone to use the payroll deduction calculator so that I can do payroll, because it takes my forever to do it on my wifi. I end up using cellular on my phone for Facebook as well, it takes forever to look at a picture or comments. I'm very disappointed in my service, and paying extra is a slap in the face! I'm already paying extra for extra data that I'm using instead of my wifi!!

For what was intended to be a free service when the internet first came out is now a monopoly for crooks.......

Stop ripping senior citizens off by charging outrageous prices .I was forced into updating cable TV recently. I had to pay extra charges for machines to get basic cable TV service and to watch programs they took from us customers without warning. They make it sound so good well it's not a cost to update service tech support is free. And for a limited time of 6 months cheaper rates. When my daughter asked how much the machine is going to cost it was over $12 more per month. She asked them what part of that was free. They couldn't answer. So the moral of the story in order to watch the channels I have and pay high price for I had no choice but to pay $12 plus tax a month more. This is the only entertainment I have being on a budget and I don't drive. Now you're looking for more money in your pockets eastlink for Internet services. I will take my business elsewhere.

I think if it was Eastlink's job to provide internet to rural areas they should't get to decide how we use it or decrease the service we were already provided!

I bought my house 3 years ago because I had access to uncapped highspeed internet (6 years ago I looked at a house on the same road and declined to buy because of the lack of internet). Now I'm supposed to do what? Sell my house and move because they're retracting the service I once had? Ridiculous
