We pay for a service that many consider to be a necessity in this day and age. We farm and NEED the internet for many things. We were forced to be internet dependent and now Eastlink has their money and have stopped upgrading, customer service and product quality. Though we still pay in good faith.

This needs to be scrapped! We agreed to the monthly price and have no choice to go elsewhere for this service.

There is no acceptable excuse for this happening. Eastlink is taking advantage of people who have no other equal options or choices available to them. If you want to do something useful...focus your efforts on upgrading your services to the rural communities instead of over charging for the poor imitation you have in place now!

we r paying the same as hard wired customers with less service, back in feb we were down for almost 8 full days and did not even see a credit, the little usage we use here i could get by hotspotting my cell phone and still not go over my data....i had sattelite internet here b4 thru xplornet net and am seriously thinking of going bac to them. there r other options that r as good as this crap.

The rationale that your infrastructure wasn't designed for streaming etc (years ago) sounds like short-sighted planning. Cmon Eastlink, if you want to lead, then lead. YoucN do better.

I think this tab is a load of crap. Living in a rural area is a dream come true for me, and my family paying a price for internet shouldn't have a tab. It is not our fault as a community to have to have a tab just because eastlink over judged the amount of people using the internet. If I had the opportunity I would switch companies because eastlink is crap!

For $48.00 per month we should get better service
