Capping the Internet is not going to help. We don't use Netflix much and our internet is still crappy ..this needs to be fixed right and eastlink needs to update their equipment and get with the times

Just 1 more reason to leave this area and get more than nothing which is what I get now. This is the only entertainment left to a senior on a fixed income. I must keep this service in order to stay up to date with the world, so Netflix is going to have to realize that their service just got way more expensive!

Just another money grab. Most of Nova Scotia is so far behind, no wonder business won't come to Rural NS. There is no internet, too too expensive.

I support the concept of supporting local businesses but with technology changing so rapidly these days, I would think a company providing internet service would have a plan for maintaining service to the industry standard. .Service in our area, West Paradise, has never reached that and of late has been ridiculous. We choose to live in a rural area because of the lifestyle that it offers. how do contiue to attract people to this if we are not able to offer what is now "the norm" for most of the world?

This will be good business for other carriers. I will be switching if I am charged more.

Most companies do not put customers first any more, share holders and family come first while customer service and quality goes down the tube while prices continue to go up, more for their families to enjoy beyond the norm while others are force to pay more for less. If it wasn't for the everyday customer and taxpayers filling their money bags, who would they turn to next.

1.5 Mb/s - get real. Rural NS deserves to be part of this century, too. There is No justificarion for a cap.

PLEASE don't let this ludicrous decision go thru!!!! We are rural enough as it is and burdened with only ONE provider...why would it made even more inaccessible to us?!

Perhaps a gang of us should launch a class action suit as we are not getting the 1.5 Mb we are paying for.

Eastlink - your front-line people try hard, but the whole thing is on shifting ground, isn't it?
