It's beyond ridiculous how much they are charging for such an old technology and if I'd any other option, I'd take it immediately.

Scrap the cap and upgrade the system.
I wouldn't mind paying more for a upgrade system with real high speed internet.

I have been told by an Eastlink service rep that my service was so bad "It makes me feel like crying"...those were her exact words. I get crappier service than anyone else on my tower because of my location and still I pay for full "service" ...half the service but still the same price...it's robbery!

Disgracefull, was in process of buying a small farm out there, the agent listed property as high speed, start calling around and what do i find, no speed. I am not closing on the sale anymore, have children in school and they need the internet as much as I do.

WE NEED DECENT INTERNET SERVICE! This wireless broadband is a joke. A service like this should be free. RUN MORE CABLES!
