Get rid of the usage cap, and upgrade wireless hardware (towers and recievers) to improve services the proper way.
Stand up for what we pay for! These services are not even comparable in speed or rates, or even reliability, of other Internet service providers. Eastlink takes advantage because we have no other option! This is not acceptable! Just because we live in rural areas doesn't mean we shouldn't get to enjoy things like Netflix, gaming, and downloads. At the very least, we should have access to an affordable and RELIABLE Internet service.

my kids have all received chrome books at school with which they have to do all of their homework on now... No choice, but struggle with our east link service as it is to get their work done... Now it'll cost even more with no upgrades in sight. Robbery...
Unfortunately Eastlink is without competition in some rural areas. They abuse that power to take the people hostage for maximizing their profits rather than upgrades. We already have one of the highest rates (I have my comparison in Europe).
what a joke when I signed up there was no talk of a cap. I used 30 gigs in 13 days when you log on to facebook videos start on their own. you have kids and friends come over, what do you say sorry kids Eastlink has capped us no internet for you.
This is outrageous, how are people goung to work from home, call ctr's and banks offer employees to do this and live where they want, even move home from out west and still maintain their high paying wages that transfer to our local economies
When Eastlink was awarded the installation of a wifi service by the government for our area, it was promoted, by Eastlink to be high speed & reliable. Well it isn't either of these two things. Misleading marketing & poor service is not acceptable!
It's beyond ridiculous how much they are charging for such an old technology and if I'd any other option, I'd take it immediately.

We don't even have access to half of the anticipated cap our service is so poor. Our upload is 0.3Mbps (Not MB!) and download is 0.6Mbps. That is unacceptable by any standards, unless you are stealing from your customers and pretending to provide a "service"!
