Now this type of punishment should be close because if there is no loss of human,prorerty so why should loco pilots punished just like a hang(fansi) this is my humble request to govt.pls think about this

Should change constitutionally this punishment as removal from service, it's not only punsh to that employee it's given to his family member also.So many punishment norms are there under the frame judicially.But REMOVAL FROM SERVICE due to SPAD nothing but a death sentence for a total family members.

Jo kam karta hai usi se galti bhi hoti hai agar har galti ki saja par sajaye maut hoti to Indian population na ke barabar hoti, thik usi tarah ek loco pilot agar SPAD karta hai to use remove from service kar diya Jaata Hai jo ji uske liye sajaye maut se kam nahi hai, aur ye nyay nahi anyay hai, So THIS System should be changed.
