I request to indian rly ,plz stop removel in the spad case,if spad occurs, punishment should be equalent to rly property loss.
Result of removel in spad case is so suffering for victim not only but his family and dependent as well is very panic.
So plz stop removel.

Removal from service in case SPAD is a very senseless & a cruel action against our people . In which the crew is punished for what , he has not done any punishable thing willingly . It is very dangerous & life ending action for our crew or us & entire family .It should be stopped for forever .Punishment should Be as much as /like , he has done any thing wrong .As short mistake in duty punishment should be like that Removal is very huge thing its a punishment of death ....
