As a Scout Leader and as I seen around the world, The Scouting movement on USA is separated one from the other, while on others country they work the program together.  Our creator, Baden Powell with his family created this program to help our children s for a better future. So why  we should keep the program apart?  We should sing a petition for both programs to join forces and create a better program.
