The drunk driver that hit and killed Scott Spino may be released from prison in the near future and put on parole. This man was driving without a license and had a prior record of drinking and driving before hitting Spino. Even after killing Spino he did not learn, he was pulled over for driving drunk and without a license again, the day before his sentencing for hitting Spino. Help the Spino family and sign this petition, this petition could help influence the decision the judge makes on whether this man is released or kept in jail for the rest of his sentence. i cannot believe how many people have stepped up to support the spino family lately. seeing this momentum build gives me so much hope that we can actually keep him off the streets.

This guy is a menace to society. He obviously has no intention of stopping his behavior. Keep him behind bars for good.
Justice for the Spino family. He keeps doing the same thing over and over he is a danger to everyone on the road.
Unbelievable that he already got caught again before his own sentencing. The system is failing if they let this man out anywhere near a road.
How many more people have to get hurt before they realize he wont change?? Do the right thing and keep him locked up.
Keep him in jail. Period.

Absolutely not. He took a life and learned nothing. Lock him away and throw away the key.
