We have created this Petition to put pressure on the SSPCA to appeal to the extremly lenient sentence given to Morag Dunbar following her cruelty and neglect inflicted on 14 Briard Dogs, 9 Lhaso Apsos and 6 Jack Russels. We also appeal to the Procurator Fiscal to review the case and decide whether Sheriff Nikola Stewart was too lenient in her sentencing and whether the 'excuse' of mental state is valid as she was declared responsible before the discovery.

I am writing this on behalf of the Friendly Briard Club and it's member who want to see justice for the cruelty inflicted by Morag Dunbar on the 14 Briards and hope to be the vehicle to instigate change the law.
