This would fantastic! Traffic is already so difficult in Mill Valley, any way to get more kids cycling to school is so important.

I used to walk from our house in Corte Madera over the hill into Mill Valley that way with my wife and young children. The section near the golf course has no shoulder in places and was a little scary when are kids where small. More safe walkable and bike able paths are always a great thing for any community. What ever it takes to encourage people to walk and bike ride in their town. It’s always a good thing.

When I drive through this area I find there can be insufficient room for cars and pedestrians, and am particularly concerned as child pedestrians can be unpredictable. Providing safe access is important - please consider this petition.

Please give our children and grandchildren the “safe passage” they need to walk to Mill Valley without the perils of Buena Vista street.

I vote for speed bumps or anything that will cause traffic to slow down on all Marin neighborhood streets!

After the recent debacle with Uber, all the more reason to provide a safe path for pedestrians, especially for those who cannot or may not be able to drive: children, the disabled, the elderly and those who choose to spare the environment that little bit extra carbon

I have two young girls, 2 and 3 years old, and for their safety, and for the safety of all of us in the neighborhood, I heartedly support this measure.

Not only would this path be used daily, but is critical for egress in the event of an emergency such as fire in the canyon.

Very supportive , Buena Vista is dangerous to walk down. The goldf course option looks both cost effective and safe

With three kids and pets, we are strongly in favor of a safe bicycle and pedestrian route. Safety is the first reason - many near misses.. And less traffic, given that we would allow our kids to walk much more rather then having to drive them to town repeatedly.
