While I understand the concept behind not allowing triple factions, for those that had achieved it is unfair to "pull out the rug." Perhaps those that had locked are grandfathered in and allowed to keep that 10M as a minimum?

I worked and spent money to lock in a faction and started working on a second only to have that pretty much ripped away. also, what is the plan to normalize the Whales that have ALL THREE factions and their ships as it stands..... you effectively made it so many of us will never be able to compete. I would not mind pushing out the LOCK level to 20 Mil or something not 1 billion to max.

Faction cap should be put back. Players have spent time and hard earned money to be able to do what you have now taken away from them.
