ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. if we are gonna use money for these programs we need to make sure the people running them actually know what they are doing. keep kids safe.

its about time they prioritize training for the people working with homeless students. so many of them fall through the cracks because staff dont know how to handle it.
