I really don’t mean to come off as the others in a rude way, I’m saying this as nice as possible. But I think it’s quite absurd how you are cancelling all these activities that make us kids have motivation to go to school. I know it and understand a part of how it is such a complicated decision to chose wether or not to cancel school. But if we can’t do school activities or for example my duke of Edinburgh is canceled all I am asking is why not just cancel school over all. In my point of view it make ZERO sense and no logic how i as a student will get infected if I go hiking in the mountains with 20 people max but I won’t get infected in school where there are tons of periods that have a cold at the moment where I am quashed in the corridors trying to get to my class where I am in full contact with tons and tons of other students. I personally enjoy school but that is because I have the opportunity to do academic sports or after school activities or hang out with all my friends in school but since all of that I cancelled and not allowed I have what so ever no motivation to go to school really think as a student please, how I felt when I heard all these things we were not allowed to do anymore but in other countries such as Kuwait and Lebanon are off of school. Don’t get me wrong I have no clue how difficult it is for you guys to make such a hard decision but there are ways to solve the problem like Korea is doing which is doing home schooling instead or giving us bunch of tasks that will last us. I really hope you read this and respond to me and think about what I said because as a student I have no motivation to go to school and i am grateful that I have an opportunity to even go to school but still the best situation would be closing schools because already 2 5th graders in daa got sent to the hospital in an ambulance.

To be honest, this is true cause many people have contact with each other and to keep with everyone safe we need school off

If safety was really a priority, schools would be canceled and proper precautions would be taken. Removing the factors that keep children healthy, fit and happy is not the way to “protect” them.
Either shut everything down, or nothing at all. Stop picking and choosing.
