It has recently been rumored to many parents with children enrolled at Southside Christian School that the uniform program will be discontinued in the 2012/2013 school year. It has been said that the Board of Directors of SCS has already made this determination/decision. We firmly believe all parents with students at SCS should have a voice in this decision. We strongly feel that the parents should have a vote in whether to continue or discontinue the uniform program. We respectfully request that the future of the uniform program be brought to the parents/guardians for a democratic vote. We also believe each administrator/teacher at SCS should have a vote on this important issue, since they will be responsible for enforcing the dress code.  (Your email is required for the website.  It will NOT BE USED or published in any other way).  PLEASE sign only if you are a parent/guardian with a child at SCS.  Petition will be presented to the Board at the April meeting.
