I want to alter the school lunches so that they don't waste money on lunch options that people don't enjoy eating (ie cheese steaks, burgers, chicken patties) and use that extra money on better ingredients and recipes for hot lunches. This would hopefully entice people to eat healthier because the hot lunch would be the healthiest and most appetizing option.

my kid says the food is literally inedible half the time and comes home starving. fix this mess already
