One day I almost walked out the door of me home wearing ripped jeans that had one hole above the knee and then I remembered I can wear these and I had 5 mins before the bus came so I had to pick a whole new outfit for school. Also I believe that the people who work for kanawha county bored should really go shopping maby at the mall or something beyhalf the clothes even is rue21 I can't even where because ther are ripped jeans or off the shoulder shirts that I can't wear.

Instead of punishing the girls, punish the boys for seeing woman/girls as objects or a piece of meat. Tech the boys how to respect woman/girls.

I brock robert rhodes agree to these terms made out to be a petition because why maje parents spend more money then they have to or let kids not be them selves our school is very social i mean kids try to fit in who doesnt want there kids to fit in any ways this is amazing out spoke petition

The dress codes at Capital are just stupid, point blank period. I don't see how they expect us to wear these things like no shoulder showing, or no holes above the knee in jeans. Do these administrators even shop in stores? What store have they went into and not saw jeans with holes and off the shoulder tops. In today's day in age, it's almost impossible to find things that are 'appropriate' for school. There are so many problems with the dress code. They sexualize us girls at Capital, and only certain girls are dress coded. Upperclassmen, and girls who don't have thick thighs get to wear whatever, but freshmen, specifically those who aren't as skinny as others, get dress coded. Either dress code us all or get rid of the dumb, sexist, dress code.

i'm tired of getting in trouble bc i am wearing leggings or jeans with wholes while every other school has NO DRESS CODE !! & ms.conely be breaking the dress code too !

I do agree . Why buy close that I can't even wear because of this stupid dress code . If we can't wear stuff then neither can teachers . Either everyone doesn't or don't put that dress code point blank period .
