Teaching girls that they have to be modest or if they get raped, talked or looked at in way they don't like it's their fault is not "preparing" anyone for anything "boys will be boys" why not instead of spending your time coving girls and shaming them for their bodies you teach boys to respect girls no matter what they wear. BOYS FIND GIRLS ATTRACTIVE it's not a shocking statement. Yes you can say that it dosen't show any respect for your self but if a girl chooses to dress in leggings and a shirt that is slightly too short or shorts that are slightly above her finger tips because I don't know it's hot out side that is her desicion it has no place being decided by a school district. You're basically telling girls that the boys have more of a right to education than they do, when you pull a girl out of class to shame her so the boys can learn you prove that her education is less important and less valued than the boys.
