Dress code is very wrong students should be able to express themselves through there clothes. You are limiting there way of learning too they care more about there clothes and how they look instead of paying attention in class. If you would leave the dress code alone the students wouldn’t worry and you would have people in your class paying attention

Okay this is ridiculous how does the way u dress like affects your learning? Are u all stpid? Plus they just dress code girl but not boys about wearing short things is way to hot outside for wear long shirts and jeans also have u all look how short the uniform for cheerleading is? Or you all are blind? My parents and I think this is a sexist thing to do and is not acceptable please stop.

I don’t understand this. Yes, there are some things that I may agree with, but parents have spent money on new clothes for their kids for school, and now you’re telling us we have to replace what’s already bought.
Please do us all a favor and do away with this new dress code, and be more lenient with the kids and worry more about their education and less about the clothes they are wearing.

the dress code this year is absolutely outrageous. i go to a different school and our requirements is to make sure undergarments are covered, no excessive cleavage, no stomach showing and no butts/boobs showing. this new dress code for cywoods highschool is unnecessary and not okay.

I got dress coded today for wearing long biker shorts, but a girl walks in right behind me with really short shorts and they dont say anything. Getting dress coded caused me to miss my whole 1st period on the 3RD DAY. This whole dress code thing is so unnecessary. And it’s only girls. I see so many boys walking into school with short shorts on. My legs, back, and upper chest should not be a distraction to anyone. Whoever decided on this whole dress code thing is DISGUSTING. They are basically sexualizing young girls and not letting us be comfortable in OUR OWN CLOTHES. It’s understandable to dress code someone for their butt being out and boobs but that is not the case here. There was no issue last year with anything. I felt like I learned a lot last year with no distractions. And if whoever is in charge of this asked all students If they learned something last year with any distractions(phones, dress codes, etc.)they would probably say the same thing . That would mean that it’s JUST THE TEACHERS (GROWN ADULTS) getting “distracted” by what MINORS are wearing. ITS TOOO HOT TO BE WEAIRNG LEGGINS, JEANS, ETC. EVERYDAY!

I mean what is the shoulder gonna do to you exactly? Every human has shoulders. Including stomachs why do we have to cover our stomachs , everyone has stomachs. Also why do men get to wear shorts but not women ? That’s what confuses me. If it’s about legs here , us humans all have legs. So I don’t know why we have to cover most body parts that all humans commonly have.
