Please sign our petition, we want to stop property taxes from increasing because school board members Bernadette Lawrence , Ray Banks, Nina Graham, and the other members voted and received 30 million dollars from a bond to be used at their discretion without residents' awareness. We must collect 8,000 signatures to stop them from spending the money without residents' consent. Communties needed to vote are South Holland, Dolton, Harvey, Dixmoor, Thornton, Riverdale, Phoenix, East Hazel Crest, Calumet City and Markham.

In the newspaper article it stated that are taxes would not be affected by the 30 million bond, so tell me how does it get paid back?
