To the Government of the State of New Mexico, the New Mexico State Legislature, Governor Bill Richardson, Lt. Governor Diane Denish, Speaker of the House Lujan, and New Mexico Businesses and Corporations, Supercomputing Challenge is a prestigious computer science outreach program that provides a team project experience to mid and high school students around the state. It is a growing competition for top young researchers as well as an amazing learning opportunity. The growing number of participants and the rising quality of research at The Challenge gives them a great opportunity to change the lives of young scientists around the state. It also creates a need for consistant support from the government and corporations. We ask that you support young scientists in New Mexico by funding the Challenge.
