I'm going to be returning mine unless I can get the auto-dimming turned off, and I also want the ability to save all the changes I've made in the service menu to achieve the best possible picture quality.

Please DO provide a firmware update, that corrects a few issues, that have commonly been reported amongst owners of this model tv U435CV UHD 4K tv, we are otherwise thankful for the excellent products you manufacture, and as consumers, we pray that you can stand by your products!!
