All the students cannot afford to book multiple slots. That being said it is unfair to state that the LOD of all three slots as same. Slot 3 was the toughest and SIU still has time to use normalisation and provide call letters to the same

There is no point in keeping multiple slots with varying difficulty level when scores are not normalised, it means indirectly you are playing with the Indian youths specially General category where opportunity are scare.
It's a humble request to normalise as it won't affect everyone but it will open windows for many.

Totally unexepected ! Should have told in advance about the changes, way earlier than the dates to let the students ponder on what will be the best after these changes for them too

The exam was of difficulty level across all the slots. Why there is no normalisation ? As a result of no normalisation slot 1 and slot 2 candidates got a clear cut advantage. It's a humble request to reconsider the decision.

Instead of best score, it should have been best percentile, the level of difficulty kept on increasing from 20th dec to 9th jan. We want normalization.
