Slot 3 was tough, normalisation needs to be done to ensure parity across the sets. If there was no intent on doing normalisation, it should have been mentioned prior to the exam.

A prestigious exam like SNAP on which hope of thousands of candidates is vested should have fairer policies regarding examination. There's clearly a huge chasm in difficultly levels of all three exams. Ergo, it's only logical to normalize all slots and play a fair game. To conduct paper in three different slots without mentioning erstwhile that no normalization is gonna happen is unfair and deceiving to candidates.

Scaling must be done, because slot 3 paper was more lengthy and calculative as compared to slot 1 paper, I gave both.

I took two tests, 20th Dec and 9th Jan. LOD was same however, the one on the 9th was definitely much more calculative and lengthy

Please give marks according difficulty level of slots

Please do scaling across slots

Please do a normalisation across 3 slots.

Please do inter and intra slot normalisation of SNAP scores depending on its difficulty level.
