To: Legislative Assembly Of Ontario WHEREAS: Second Career Strategy Program under the current legislation formulated in June 2008, is not fair, just, or flexible with its signed contract required of its clients ( those laid off or unemployed for a duration of time) and that the contract is bias, in favour of private career colleges and community colleges with no clauses contained within . Her Majesty the Queen and the client {name} contract which respects, honours and adhers to the clients wishes outside of payment for tuition fees and a minimal living support payment [if in need, which varies depending upon circumstances] and which is subject to full repayment"on demand' plus interest charges the minute the private career college/community college is TEMPERMENTALwithout ANY REVIEW FROM Second Career Strategy Program for breaking any contract obligations and binding to due to NO CLAUSES CONTAINED WITH THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT FOR THE CLIENT'S PROTECTION AGAINST THIS MISHAP. 1. WE the undersigned petiton Legislative Assembly to make amendments to the Second Career Strategy Program retroactive to June 2008, allowing for the removal of unfair terms in the original contract that is significant imbalance in the terms towards one of the parties rights and obligations ( in the case the laid off worker or the unemployed client of an organization/business/ community group/) or scrap the program entirely due to the bais contract under which the program currently operates. We/ the undersigned petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as follows: 1. Amend the Second Career Strategy program retroactive to June 2008 removing unfair terms of the contract and providing a new contract which shows good faith, open and fair actions towards the clients its services 2. Releases previous and current clients signed up under the bias contract to demands for outstanding debts, for circumstances beyond their control, for inability for performance, of the terms of the unjust, unfair, bias contract and terms this money"forgiveable" with the Ministry of Finance 3.AND trains government staff at Second Career Strategy to be responsive to its clients in a respectful and communicative manner that reflects the changes taking place with the program, including face-to-face appointments in their office, correspondence that is up-to-date and reviewing the clients situation promptly and which does not lack explanations that are unclear of the rights and responsibilities of both parties in a fair and just manner, causing no imbalance in the terms towards one of the parties rights and obligations 4. The appointment of an individual entitled" Employment Coach/Employment Services and Education Special Educational Training Programs Research Project Manager " with teaching , research and employment skills{Ms Flora Rosen, BA ec} and alot Funding to review circumstances at the private career college and community college level to revise this section of the Educational Act redeveloping the concept of 'private career colleges and their functions in the educational system'.Research and policy adjustments may take 3 years to fulfil this mandate at an undisclosed cost, but with long-term positive results for the Privince of Ontario.
