I have been awaiting for sbux since May 2018 where I was told that Unisa is sending my template to NSFAS but nothing has ever happened

The year is almost gone... and I have not received any Sbux... My account is blocked and I keep on hearing different stories from Nsfas. So unfair!

Why are they taking long process to give us wat we deserve. Its not fair cos dere are majority of Senior students who already received dey are transport allowance before August.... So why us now
