SUPPORT SB 1050 amends current code to make sure the Health Department administrative policy stays in line with current statutes. Support parents' right to privacy,

Updates

February 11, 2017

I have been hearing from so many families who are worried about their private medical decisions being tracked by the state. This fight is about protecting our boundaries and ensuring the health department follows the law instead of creating their own.

February 11, 2017

Seeing this momentum grow confirms that I am not the only one worried about our family privacy. It is clear that so many of you value the right to keep our medical decisions away from government reach.

No government agency be involved in Dr/patient confidentiality. Signing this form offers no liability for vaccine injuries, or the vaccine causing the disease the child is to be protected from, which it happening more & more across the country. Simply stating "NO' to vaccine's should be enough, without having to explain why.

I support this bill because parents, under the current law, do not need to sign the health departments vaccine exemption form for children to attend daycare or school. Parents should not have to sign forms they do not agree with that do not follow the current laws. The health department has really overstepped and should not be allowed to get away with this.

This is directly affects me. I do not want to sign the current form. I feel it is incriminating and I don't understand why I'm required to lie and sign something for me to be able to enroll my child into public school.

No one should be forced to sign a form of misleading and damning information to keep their child safe and enrolled in school!

I should not be forced to sign a form that includes theories I don't subscribe to so that my child can attend school without some or all vaccinations. No agency or government, city, county, state or federal, has the right to tell me what substances to inject into my body or the bodies of my children. Vaccinations are biologics and carry risks that can and do harm and kill individuals, especially individuals with genetic variations that make them more susceptible to vaccine adverse reactions. These genetic variations are not commonly tested for but could be in order to avoid damage; however, our current health care system does not teach or recommend these tests therefore vaccines will continue to kill and harm some children. Don't punish parents and children who know their children's susceptibility. Don't punish parent's and children who have a deeply held belief against injecting unclean, contaminated vaccinations into themselves and their children. If you intimidate parents into getting a child vaccinated with an incriminating form and that child suffers injury, that is on your conscience for the rest of your life. As tax paying citizens and as one of the 30 human rights, we have the right to an education of our chosing. According to the Nuremberg Code no experimentation will be done without Informed Consent. Vaccinations are Biologic and a Public Health Measure meaning they do not undergo the same stringent testing as FDA approved medications and can be fast-tracked to the public automatically making the public the unwitting test subjects. Take the HPV vaccine for example. This vaccine was fast-tracked and many, many girlsall over the world, particularly in Ireland and Denmark were permanently disabled by this vaccine. Look up the Facebook page named REGRET. See for yourselves. Talk to doctors who treat the young women who have had the HPV vaccine and are now having primary ovarian failure or premature menopause. Talk to my daughter wh

Yes on SB1050! The current form is inappropriate and not covered under Idaho law, and its "requirement" is onerous, falsely incriminating and perpetuates incorrect information.
