As a fellow Varsity coach and cross town rival, I have seen first hand how Coach Doller has made Sayville lacrosse into a great program. I have great respect for him and hope to see him coaching my son in the upcoming years.

My sons years with Christian Doller as his coach were irriplacable and he still looks up to him as a mentor even now.

Christian Doller is a great asset and healthy role model. He should be allowed to continue coaching Lacrosse at Sayville High school. Dedication, Commitment, Records and judgements support this conclusion.

Without any doubt Chris should be the Head Coach of Sayville lacrosse

Community is baffled by the whole thing. We hope that Christian Doller will remain the head coach of the Sayville Lacrosse team.

I agree..Coach Doller is Sayville Lacrosse..He started Lacrosse in Sayville when my oldest son was a senior..He is a coach that dedicated his heart and soul to the sport..It would truly be a mistake to let him go!

Look at all the wonderful things Coach Doller has done for the team and community. He's a great role model for our children!

Coach Doller is Sayville Lacrosse. He has put Sayville on the map. He has proven to be a leader and someone who really cares about the sport and the kids who take part in the program. It would be a mistake to not let him continue as head coach of Sayville Lacrosse.

The best and my favorite coach I've had throughout my years playing lacrosse. Has done an amazing job to the program.

Sayville Lacrosse wouldn't be what it is if it weren't for Coach Doller!!!! He genuinely cares about the kids, community, school and program! I'm still waiting to hear WHY this has even come about?????? It's ridiculous! KEEP COACH DOLLER!

Christian Doller has proven himself to be an asset to the Sayville Lacrosse team both on and off the field. Teaching our boys and young men respect as well as much success on the field. To lose him would be a travesty and a disservice to our children who play for him. My son loves the sport as well as his coach, please don't take that away!

As a fellow varsity coach and current Sayville community member I have seen first hand the impact Coach Doller has had on the young men in this community, which in my opinion, should be what teaching and coach is all about.

He should be re-instated.

Coach Doller is a highly-respected coach among his peers. He is a tireless worker and an outstanding coach. It would would a tremendous loss (and a devastating mistake) for the Sayville lacrosse program if Coach Doller were not to be the coach any longer.

I believe coach Doller should remain as head coach in our town. My four children played Sayville lacrosse and were always treated w respect and encouraged. I believe Christian to be a man who understands the heart of Sayville and has ALWAYS given his heart to the team and town

While our son was playing lacrosse, Coach Doller was very professional, caring and showed an interest in every player no matter what their level of ability or commitment. Coach Doller has been a positive influence and a role model for our son throughout high school and beyond. As a teacher, Coach Doller also treats all kids with respect and fairness. I only wish more teachers and coaches would have the values and humble personality that he has consistently shown throughout the years. It's not a show, but the real deal.

Coach Doler is a very dedicated coach who serves as a mentor to his players. His program is the envy of many schools in our division. He deserves to be the coach of the program he started!
