Should only be legal for rescue animals ONLY. Capuchin, Marmoset, and Squirrel Monkey's should be allowed as pets ONLY if they are rescued. Illegal selling and mating should still be illegal and should ALWAYS be banned.

Squirrel Monkey's make good pets. According to the New York Post’s story, Hunter Biden in 2015 introduced his Father, then VP in the Obama Administration, to a Top Exec Vadym Pozharskyi at Ukrainian Burisma Holdings Ltd after Hunter joined the company’s board which was Paying him up to $83,000 a Month. The insinuation is that Hunter Successfully Influenced his Father to Pressure Ukraine Government officials “into Firing the Prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was Investigating Corruption against Burisma. Facebook and Twitter took action to limit distribution (censored) the New York Post story citing Emails purportedly Revealing Evidence of Influence-Peddling by Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden. The Emails were obtained from a Laptop which had a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, and had been Abandoned at Computer-Repair Shop, named “The Mac Shop” in Wilmington, Delaware and owned by John Paul Mac Isaac, who then reported the laptop’s contents to authorities which determined that the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity. Joe Biden and his family engaged in "Legal Corruption" despite claims of no wrongdoing and the Liberal Main Stream Media Refuses to Talk and will never Report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and emails, fearing Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden will Lose the 2020 Election if this information is exposed to the American People. This is evidence that Joe Biden participated in his Family’s CASH-for-Influence Scheme with Shady Foreign Companies. The American People should be demanding that the Media investigate this scandal before they VOTE, but we know, the Media will never report on Hunter Biden’s emails because it would be harmful to Joe Biden.

It makes zero sense why we can't own a Marmoset monkey but can have a dog. Especially in a state with an ugly history of bringing in insects to solve "problems" only to introduce a new problem. Allow marmoset monkey pets!

Good luck, Hope you Remember Presidential candidate Joe Biden’s famous quote "If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you Ain't Black," translation, If You Don’t Vote for Me, ‘You Ain’t Black’, So you “Ain’t” Black if you Vote for Trump? That’s embarrassing and a slap in the face to all Black voters. Think about that Before You Vote, and again Joe continues with another racist quote, “The reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home was because some Black woman was able to stock the grocery shelf.” What a shame. Then he also said, in 1977, that non-"orderly" racial integration policies would cause his children to "grow up in a Racial Jungle." Question: Why are Black Americans giving the Bigoted, Racist Joe Biden a pass, and accepting his racist comments? Why?

So you mean to tell me that a harmless (if properly cared for) marmoset is illegal to own but the government introduced non-native stink bug to kill the native ladybugs is Ok...proper protocols should be in place for ownership of any wildlife

I’m in favor of the removal of the ban on Capuchin, Marmoset, and Squirrel Monkeys in the state of Pennsylvania. Animals have played an important role in the lives of humans for thousands of years. We consider “working” animals such as horses, cows, oxen, etc. as ways to use to sustain human life by doing labor that is physically burdening to us. Companion animals sustain and improve our mental health. For some, exotic pets such as small primates provide much-needed companionship, mental stimulation, and another opportunity to feel needed by a creature that without us could not thrive. We never question whether a dog or cat or bird can make great companions and pets. They become a part of our family. However, there are individuals that are captivated by the exotic, the unusual. We don’t give it a second thought when someone tells us they have a snake, a lizard, exotic fish, or sugar bears. Why should it be any different with small primates? As with any animal, responsible breeding and ownership are important. Education is important. Every living creature is susceptible to sickness and death, including humans. Responsible pet owners care for the health and wellbeing of their beloved pets. Please remove the ban. Thank you.

Un ban ownership of pet monkeys in pa! Its not fair that I had to leave my pet monkey when i mived here to thos state to take care of my mother. Cinderella was my daughter since i can not have children. Its was not right for me to have tp choose between my mother and my fur child. This ban needs to be removed. I also had the state recommended hours from a housing for primates , was not good enough for no reason at all! Only because of irresponsible owners in the past. I proved my worth, there was no reason for this.

I too am disabled and a capuchin or marmoset would be not only of great help but also a wonderful friend. It would serve a dual purpose for me. 1. Help with physical tasks. 2. Provide companionship as I am very isolated and have very little contact with people other than my husband during the evening. Depression is a result.
