After hearing us, this morning Mr Mabe published a News Release that stated in part: “My main concern in asking for the draft was to create a conversation and to gauge whether this type of UDO would be necessary. After several conversations with many citizens, I do not think this ordinance is needed.”
We won this one!

Gun control will not be tolerated on rebel land. Its our land. We will decide if we want to shoot on it.

You know I had forgotten about the DWI. Thanks Keith for reminding me what a shill you are as one of my employees in government. I hope to God you are using this new ordinance to smoke screen your upcoming trial. You may just have more dissenters in the gallery and more letters to the prosecutor in favor of righteous punishment against you because of it. It may just be the backfire that is heard throughout Rockingham County !

I am totally against this infringement upon the rights of the county citizens. I want to thank commissioner Mabe for making a statement that the voices of the citizens were heard and he along with fellow commissioners agreed the ordinance is not needed.
