We currently have SH's that don't and/or can't pay their maintenance, our community loses money everyday trying to resolve issues while paying our bills. The entire SYSTEM does not work for SH's that do their share, we all suffer.
Further, our community only goes according to Financials. If you don't pass the finance you will not be invited to an interview. Where is the protection for the SHAREHOLDERS??
If you pass this law, that will be the end of Cooperative Living as we will GO BROKE!
