The government are looking to make learners who are 24+ and wish to study a level 3 or 4 programme pay full fees for their course and tkae out a Government loan (similar to University loans). This will impact Foundation Degree learners and also making it difficult for learners who wish to do an access course gain an entry to their studies. This will affect over 300,000 learners in the country who will therefore not be able to access further ecducation. We say NO to FE fees/loans! Sign this petition to agree!
