This is awful! This will completely RUIN a beautiful part of this community! A complete shame.

Many more homes coming in Westhaven, now we're asked to support 800 more. Developers don't have to live with it. Our infra- structure is being crushed! Anybody noticed the increase in traffic (no matter the time of day)? Franklin's quality of life is deteriorating quickly. Take a breather!

We need another development like we need Obama to handle our healthcare.

Del Rio is one of the few remaining beautiful spots in what once was a beautiful town. Overgrowth is everywhere. Please do no let this part of scenic Franklin be lost for yet another housing development!

This project is greed gone wild. Letting this development go forward would be the epitome of poor resource planning and land usage. The character of the area would be irreparably damaged and would show enormous disrespect to the land, agriculture, and history of the community. It must be stopped.

I travel Del Rio Pike to and from work everyday. It is a narrow road, always has a lot of traffic. It seems rediculous to even think of adding 800 homes to this area with all the traffic it would involve..

I am vehemently against this development. Franklin is already out of control with development and this needs to stop immediately, there is NO infrastructure for this type of development not to mention how much it would take away from the beautiful land that is there. I'm an avid cyclist and these roads are a sanctuary to me and hundreds of others. Say goodbye to this if this development moves forward.

As a resident of River Landing subdivision, I am vehemently opposed to this high density development in one of the most picturesque landscapes in Wiliiamson County.

We purchased land and build our home here because of the beautiful scenery and the lack of congestive developments. I do not want a Del Web community here. It will increase traffic on the roads, ruin the farm scape that we are accustomed to and generally destroy what is the beauty of this area. I have a right to want the area that I built in to stay the way it is and why I purchased here to to begin with. I am horrified by the massive development that is proposed and the amount of traffic that it will cause. This is not progress, it is ridiculous.

If you have been checking back to the petition to see the signatures and noticed that the layout has changed, please note that the hosting site has changed their format and taken off this functionality. I have requested that they put it back but am not sure if they will at this time. I will be able to print the signatures for the Aldermen when we are ready to give them a copy.
