This is near a residential area including many schools. What message does this send out to people. Use Dagenham as a dumping ground for criminals. We are taught in schools to look after your environment and be proud of where you live so why is if different for people in Dagenham. Lets close Hyde Park or St James Park and build the prison there. The values of the houses will drop and many people already want to leave the area. They say it will bring many jobs but who will get these jobs. People with experience who will drive in from their own area and return home to a safe neighbour hood. I feel strongly about this as i work in education and fear for the future of this area so decided enough is enough. Lets all join together and stop this from happening.
