This is so cruel, it should be considered AT LEAST false advertisement and animal abuse, plus if it does that to the animal, what about children or even adults/teens, they pet the cat right so its harmful for everyone, the issue is the animals, they are family, but a case for criminal endangerment/neglect of a minor wouldn't hurt to fight this cruel chemical.
