I think it is better to consider a 6.5 score in either reading or writing then 7 in any 3

Ielts reading score must be reduced to 6.5

The requirements are based on 4 modules: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Individual scores of 7 needs to be achieved in each module (with no category being under 6.5) in a single or double sitting. This is considered really difficult to achieve and unnecessary for the needs of the profession. I saw this in the internet that nmc has agreed for a 6.5 band in writing for ielts like wise if they agree for c+ band in oet which is equivalent to 6.5 in ielts that will be a great relif for me as i got all b for the other 3 modules in oet

It's unfair not to accept OET c+while 6.5 of IELTS is acceptable in writing for nmc .Both are assessing language skill.

Please make the IELTS score set to 6.5 for nurses... since the OET been accepted by NMC. thanks

I did Ielts exam once and I took 7.5 in reading and 6.5 in all the other categories. Score must be reduced, it doesn't reflect our capacity to work in the ward at all. OET test may be better than IELTS as far our job is concerned.
