A key measurement of a healthy and ewuitable society is how well we bring back into our fold the people who struggle to keep up so they are not left behind.
Data shoes that building social and supportive housing within communities with the necessary supports in place is the most effective and most economical way to keep people engaged in our communities and living healthy lives to their fullest potential.
I am in full support of the Marpole modular project. That a petition is needed at all to address resistance from individuals who prefer not let our public institutions help their neighbours in need woth dignity is a saddening sign that we need to educate all stakeholders about the importance and value for us all of this project.

It is unacceptable to say no to Marpole residents who need safe homes. Just because someone isn't affected by poverty doesn't mean that they have no responsibility for it. If it is a problem in your community, you have a responsibility to be compassionate.
