As an executive in the development community, I see firsthand the detrimental impact to the housing inventory that opposition to well planned developments such as westside woods has on the housing market. Lack of inventory is driving prices up and prohibiting homeownership. Lack of development within urban boundaries is perpetuating urban sprawl and is a sap on resources. Cities need to embrace thought out development such as Westside Woods. This development is key to a sustainable and thriving community, and school district. It is time to stand behind reputable developers and build homes for our families and future generations.

We need this for affordable housing and growth

It is absurd that the city of Helena , is so regressive, and in a state of fear , when it comes to any kind of growth , let alone responsible growth. I’ve watched this negative behavior for the last 25 years . So unfortunate

This will be a nice addition to the westside of Helena and will also increase values of existing homes. Helena is growing and we need housing that creates a smaller carbon footprint by having great access to schools and shopping.

We need more housing in Helena!

We must plan for the future and make necessary improvements to infrastructure as to accommodate for sound growth. I hope this project concerns can be worked out, as this Subdivision will provide much needed residential living spaces.
