The city can not even enforce the stop signs and traffic speed at Bedford ct and Norwood. Why would I want another apartment complex two blocks over? They are already overwhelmed

No to any more apartments in the city of Hurst. Already have too many and most are hotbeds of criminals.

Hurst needs to steer away from apartments. Build more homes or profitable family friendly businesses. Don’t make the same mistakes that Bedford is making!

Just take a look at Soto Grande and the apartment building across from Bell Helecopter. I am old enough to remember when both were new and high end.

This is not the appropriate building site for these "luxury" sliding scale apartments. We don't want this.

STOP WITH THE APARTMENTS! Bring in business that will bring in actual revenue into the city. No more chicken places, no more state inspection business, more businesses that attract more people to the city. Hurst is struggling compared to the booming cities. Also fix the growing drug and crime problem, which apartments will only make worse.

We do not need another apartment complex in this area. Harrison Lane is a great school but its classrooms are already overcrowded. This provision would cause more of a problem than a solution.
