Too many liquor stores and traffic flow would be problematic...not a fan of bulldozing the wetland.....cant we find something we could use. We have 8 banks, 8 pizza joints and ever place else is a chain restauran..rather see a community pool that you do not have pay $200 a month for a membership. .i.e. lifetime

We have enough liquor stores in Chanhassen. Why approve another? Plus, a big box store in that location would make traffic such a nuisance and a danger in our growing community. Surely another business would come along and want that space. No need to sell out Chanhassen and wipe out smaller businesses.

Does Chanhassen really want a big box liquor store that pushes it's own proprietary brands at huge margin markups and will shut down small locally owned stores? Does Chanhassen really want to support an out state big box liquor store? How about supporting our locally owned businesses. Lets be careful how we shape our community.

We have our options in Chanhassen now and we are too small town for the big box store. There is no room for it and no parking availability to support the size.

The traffic that surrounds the Total Wine stores is incredible. I appreciate the charm and small town feels the Chanhassen offers, please don't interrupt that. Do we really want to bring people in from other communities to purchase alcohol with profits from this not being recirculated locally. If this is approved please be prepared with extra law enforcement to control traffic.

There is so much room for more diversity in the building spaces in Chanhassen. Really??? Do we need yet another wine/liquor store. Competition is good, but 8 liquor stores is absolutely excessive. We were voted the number 1 place to live for a reason.....don't believe that's due to the liquor store selection. Let's use that space for a more unique opportunity.
