I am concerned that the proposed changes are I sufficiently draft to not adversely impact on supernantuation entitlements in the future

I do not agree that a minister can change superannuation benefits retrospectively. I cannot support this legislation.

Stop messing about with super unless you are smart enough to work out what's fair for ALL public sector employees including politicians.

Members contributons and contributions made in their name by the employer should be repaid in full at the time of a claim. Allowing the government to 'trim' entitlements would be a form of taxation or a reclaim of some part of the employer contribution to fund future government programs.
