With the excuse of funding the new salary scale law, the Lebanese Parliament will vote on a new tax law of which most taxes to be applied are a direct threat to Lebanon’s poor society and those of the middle class, while nobody has yet to talk about applying any taxes to the Lebanese Banks and upper-class individuals. Recent studies by the World Bank have shown such a movement will only trouble the already turmoiled economical sector of the country. Kindly sign the petition to stop this from happening. Let our leaders know we are against any new taxes, let them hear our voice!
