The traffic would be a nightmare in this neighborhood especially trying to get home on Lake Sterling Blvd.

As a Flowery Branch and Sterling on the Lake resident I do not want a gas station to be approved for the corner of Spout Springs and Lake Sterling Blvd.

We do not want a gas station or vape shop at the front of our subdivision. Would be nice if it was a nice restaurant vs the normal junk Flowery Branch Approves.

We already have a gas station at the corner of spout springs and capitola. Makes no sense. Doesn’t make for a nice neighborhood entrance. Isn’t pretty or functional/essential.

Not the area for this type of business. We do not need the traffic.

Strongly oppose the proposed gas station and adjoining buildings at the proposed site.

This will destroy our property values and create havoc and potential issues for our community

I'm in agreement with all the reasons stated that this proposed construction will do vastly more harm than good to all the citizens in the area of this proposed development project.

Not a fan of the gas station, but I do welcome the other businesses. Many people would love a daycare so close to the neighborhood, as well as a fitness center like BodyPlex. But no, I do not want the noise a gas station would bring to those homes directly behind where the development would be.

Terrible plan. This traffic with lower Sterling On The Lake home values.

Our area is growing at a breakneck pace. It makes NO sense to place a large gas station at the very entrance to the largest subdivision in Hall County. This would be a traffic nightmare, and is not conducive to a residential area.
