Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments is proposing a land exchange of 3,200.79 acres of State Trust Land for 2,379.29 acres of deeded land. The locations affected would be in Johnson and Sheridan County, Wyoming. Unfortunately, Sheridan County would lose 3 pieces of State Land in this exchange. Because the land that is proposed for exchange is not of equal value, Wyoming would lose over 1 million dollars worth of State Land. State Lands which are sold and disposed of, will sadly be gone forever. If you are against the Disposal of State Lands for money, please sign this petition. Thank you.

The momentum behind this fight is proof that our community refuses to let state lands be sold off for profit. We have grabbed the attention of the public and now we must keep the pressure on the Office of State Lands and Investments. Email your local representatives today to demand they stop this exchange.

PLEASE! Make all state lands accessible and DO NOT dispose of any. With outfitters controlling access on private lands and ranches we no longer have access to hunt like we did thirty years ago. Public land is all that is left for many of us. Please don't sell this land.
Do not take away anymore state lands. It's hard enough as it is to harvest an animal on non land locked state land.
I oppose this action. This land can never be recovered once exchanged, its not worth it.
There is enough privatized land in wyoming that isn't reverb owned by those of us who grew up here working. Please keep our public lands public!!
This state is as crooked as they come, and always has been. The government, and governor/s are RINO hacks, and you'll get no favor from them. It's ok to ranch, mine, extract coal, or run an outfitting business. But DO NOT attempt to access these lands if you're not one of these. You may not cross a corner, start a campfire, pitch a tent, ride a horse or otherwise utilize these lands unless you are authorized. All the while, more and more of our state and federal lands are being sold and traded. Eventually there will not be any. To hell with rules, to hell with laws, and to hell with the people of the state. THAT is Wyoming.
We need our dyate lands yo hunt, no where to hunt now.
