Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments is proposing a land exchange of 3,200.79 acres of State Trust Land for 2,379.29 acres of deeded land. The locations affected would be in Johnson and Sheridan County, Wyoming. Unfortunately, Sheridan County would lose 3 pieces of State Land in this exchange. Because the land that is proposed for exchange is not of equal value, Wyoming would lose over 1 million dollars worth of State Land.
